CANADA'S OLDEST SKATE SHOP EST. 1976

PD's hot shop has been building and selling skateboards non-stop for longer than anyone else in Canada. By skaters, for skaters - since nineteen seventy six - specializing in Skull Skates products and other hard to find items not available elsewhere. True to our roots we are still a hardcore skateboard shop. Thanks to all who have supported us over the years from our beginnings to our humble present. Check the timeline:

* 1976-1977 located on Willow Grouse road in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, BC.

* 1978-1979 located in Regina, Saskatchewan - where Skull Skates was conceived.

* 1979-1980 located in Vancouver's west end near the famous Stanley Park.

* 1981-1983 located in South Vancouver on Marine Dr. Under the Oak St. bridge.

* 1983-1991 locations in Vancouver at Oak and 67th, in Hollywood on Melrose Ave; in North Vancouver next to Seylynn bowl and in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.

* 1991-1995 located on Pender St. near Seymour in Vancouver's downtown core.

* 1994-present PD's Hot Shop / Skull Skates Japan opens in Gifu Pref. Japan.

* 1996-2011 located on 4th ave. at Macdonald in Kitsilano / westside of Vancouver.
