Once famed historical site, the Smilin' Buddha Cabaret in Vancouver has been reborn as SBC Rampsteraunt; an oasis in Downtown Eastside. Saturday May 10th, 2014 SBC Rampsteraunt hosted the Skull Skates Session featuring live entertainment, art show, skateboarding and culture.
