Complete tear down restorations to guarantee the re-build brings the car [or skateboard] back to it's stock glory days is definitely a labor of love for resto hobbyists. The gratification of having something rebuilt from the ground up is definitely worth the months and months of work.
There's been some great Skull Skates deck restorations that have come through the doors of PD's Hot Shop n Vancouver, BC, but recently the photo below was sighted of a SERIOUS Mutant deck restoration from the ground up. We can't wait to see the final result!
