PD's Hot Shop and Skull Skates called 4th Ave and MacDonald St. in Vancouver home from 1994 until 2012. As of July 19, 2012 the old store has now been smashed into bits which will go to landfill and make way for overpriced leaky condos bound to line the pockets of greedy developers while adding to the shortage of affordable housing and retail spaces in Vancouver.
