Skateboarding and art have been hopelessly intertwined for somewhere around four decades, to the point that some believe
skateboarding itself to be an art form.

On May 26 th at the Milk Gallery in New York City, Freshpaved, Boards For Breast Cancer and Skull Skates collaborated to present Style Sessions. An amazing cross section of both skaters and artists produced a stunning variety of original works using Skull Skates decks as their canvases. Artists donated their time, Skull Skates donated the decks and all of the pieces were auctioned off with the proceeds going to breast cancer research.
